Your ordered parts have been delivered defective? Or the components do not fit as expected? Please do not hesitate to contact us via eMail, chat or WhatsApp before sending back - together we solve the problem!

We need the following information:

Your order data
(Order no., address data, ...)
vehicle data
(KBA data, constr. year, VIN ...)
Short description to the problem (voluntary)
(Item defective? Or did it not fit?)

Prepare return shipment

In the case of justified complaints, we will be pleased to send you a DPD return sticker for the free return via our shipping service provider.
Please attach it to the package and return it to the nearest package shop.

Please pay attention to a safe shipping packaging and, if the parts are defective, please attach the warranty application:

Your return will be checked

As soon as your return has been received, our employees will immediately check your complaint.
If your complaint is justified, we will settle at short notice by substitute delivery (supplementary performance) or reimbursement of the purchase price.

Please chose:

Replacement delivery
We will send you a new or alternative part as replacement immediately.

Refund
We will refund you the purchase price of the defective or non-suitable item.
