Conditions for a tax-free delivery to business customers:

Your company has its registered office / place of registration in one of the countries in all the rest of the european community area*

A valid sales tax identification number (UID) exists.

The delivery address is located in one of the countries in all the rest of the european community area, in which we offer delivery*²

*The rest of the european community area includes:

Belgium

Bulgaria

Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands)

Estonia

Finland (excluding the Isle Åland)

France (excluding Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, SaintBarthélemy and Saint-Martin) additionally of the Principality of Monaco

Italy (excluding Livigno, Campione d’ Italia, San Marino and the italian territory part of Lake Lugano)

To apply a tax-free delivery, please follow the described procedure below:

During the registration process, please select "company" out of the given options and fill in all information according to the official registration of your company.
(these information will be used for billing address at a later point of time)

Enter the complete sales tax identification number (UID) incl. country prefix into field "tax ID".

Go on and complete the registration of the customer account.

In your account management interface you can now f.e. save alternative delivery addresses using the menu point "adressbook".

After having finished the registration process, we receive an eMail with your company informations.

We'll check and verify the informations then immediately.

Since we've verified the company informations successfully, we'll send you an confirmation via eMail.The new status is also displayed in your customer account with "VAT FREE ACTIVE".

After you've received our confirmation eMail, you can login to your account and order without VAT / tax

The displayed prices are excl. VAT and you are able to use all offered payment methods.
